My current boss, is the owner of the company, he uses foul abusive language (f word) constantly. I am forced as part of my job to open his e-mail which has sexually explicit information in it! He goes into porn sites, enters his e-mail address, so he receives pornographic e-mail on regular basis. He also makes me respond to his e-mail which are sexually explicit. He has signs up in the break room stating this company does not tolerate sexual harassment and allows the men in back to put up calendars and have girly magazines in the break room. Is this sexual harassment?

Yes, it is sexual harassment. Federal laws governing sexual harassment applies to employers with at least 15 employees. If your company is smaller, it does not have to comply with federal harassment laws. However, your state may have laws that cover smaller employers. Where are you located?
Information on the federal laws regarding sexual harassment (which is a form of gender discrimination) may be found at: eeoc.gov.
