I am a full time student and treated different only because I am in school. I have a full time job. Before I started school I was on a rotation schedule but know I have a set schedule. My schedule that was given to me is the bad schedule nobody wants. I am able to work alternate schedules when I am not in school but I was told that only because I was in school I can no longer rotate. I have to stay with my set schedule for as long as i am in school. I am one of four who also attend school and given the same treatment. Is this a form of discrimination.

Going to school is not protected under discrimination laws. (Note: There are protections for minors who are enrolled in school prior to high school graduation.)

You can read more about discrimination that is protected by looking at the following website. http://www.eeoc.gov/
