I'm about to file for divorce... the Original Petition. That's what the
lady at the courthouse told me I should bring. However, in the original
peitition, it states that I have a Marital Settlement Contract. While it's
been put together, I haven't got the inSO to sign it in front of a licensed
notary.

I've seen sites that say I don't HAVE to turn in my MSA at the time of
filing the petition, but because it states that I have one, I don't want to
be burned.

What do I do? Can I not file today without her playing along?

You should be able to strike out any text in a form petition which
does not apply. If you don't know what text you can safely strike out
without invalidating your petition, maybe you shouldn't be filing it
yourself, but should consult an attorney.
