A tragic event, but why'd she have to LAUGH at him?

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. Mar 30, 2005 — A 15-year-old girl was fatally shot after
refusing a man's demand for a kiss, authorities said. The alleged gunman was
captured Wednesday night in Washington, D.C.

Atlantic County Prosecutor Jeffrey Blitz said Alfred R. Bishop, 21, will be
charged with murder in the death of Elisa Hernandez, a high school
sophomore.

Hernandez had gone to an apartment in her housing complex to visit
girlfriends just before midnight Tuesday, Blitz said. Bishop, a friend of
the apartment's occupants who stored some of his belongings there, arrived
shortly afterward.

After some casual conversation, Bishop tried to get Hernandez to kiss him,
but she laughed at him, the prosecutor said. Bishop then pulled out a
pistol, put it to her head and demanded a kiss, Blitz said.

According to witnesses, Hernandez refused, and pushed the gun away twice
before Bishop allegedly shot her through the left eye and fled, Blitz said.
She died at the scene.

An anonymous tipster's call to Atlantic County's major crimes unit led
authorities to Bishop, police said. He was arrested without incident at his
aunt's home in Washington, said Janet Niedosik, spokeswoman for the Atlantic
County Prosecutor's Office.

"It's crazy, I can't believe it," said the girl's uncle, Miguel Hernandez,
26, who described his niece as a normal teen who was into computers. "She
didn't deserve that."

What a pathetic and idiotic response.

Which raises the questions:

Why was a 15 year old gril going out with a 21 year old guy?

What the 21 year old guy a student or was he gainfully employed and at
what?

How did this gril meet this fellow? How long has she known him? Had
this girl
and her parents met and enjoyed the company of the all members of this
fellow's family
and knew them well and approved of this young fellow keeping company
with their daughter?

And the mere fact that you posted this, means that you were
sitting there, shivering with delight that someone, anyone
had the BALLS to do something like that, to PUNISH those
women who flirt and then reject men, just like they flirt
and reject YOU. You get drinks thrown on you, you're laughed
at, avoided, and you don't bathe regularly. You stand around
when you work up the courage to go outside, and mumble to
yourself on the street corner.

You don't have the guts to take this kind of action, yet you
have a sick, twisted, and gleeful response that someone did.

If this isn't enough evidence that you are indeed a real,
clear, and present danger to everyone who might mistakenly
cross your path near that tenement where you live in
Philadelphia, we don't know what is.

How long before you can't stand it anymore, that you don't
get the respect you think you deserve, and you do the exact
same thing?

We'd bet that we'll read about it in the future.
