I am a 16 yr old, that lives in Kansas and my father keeps making me do work that is overwhelming me. While everyone else just sits on the couch or leaves. I have to clean the entire house, do all the yard work, and if I don't get that done then. My father yells at me and threats to drop me off the insurance policy, but if he does that then I can't get to my actual job. I need to know if it is possible for me to move out into my own apartment and make them pay support till I am 18. Is this possible? Please tell me, because if I can move out I am going to and i need to know if I can make them play child support.
