I've been working security at an Asian night club for 11 years. The club has been sold three times and the current owner and I have a personality clash due to unreasonable expectations.
First being the only non-asian employee IM the only one that is scutanized in regard to other employees loging in my arrival time.None of the other employees are held to this standard.
Three days ago the new owner told me that they would be closed for remodeling for two weeks and he would give me a call when they re-opened. I stopped by tonight to feed the homeless cats that I've been feeding for some time and found them open and a new security guard working the position. The new guard is also Chinese and seemed to be a very generic guard meaning limited knowledge/training. I myself have two A.S. Degrees, and have compleated over 1000 hours of training at a local Police Acadamy, and other specialized security training course. I mention this to stress that IM not being replaced by a better employee. What are my rights?Do I have any?

If you are being discriminated against because of your race, then you may file a complaint of prohibited discrimination with your State's equal rights division or the federal EEOC.

It's possible your race is not the issue though: The club has been sold three times and the current owner and I have a personality clash due to unreasonable expectations. You and the new owner don't appear to be getting along for reasons unrelated to anyone's race. If that is the case, he was free to replace you.
