i am a father of two i live in idaho my kids mom has custady she lives in florida she wants me to give up my rights i dont want to i love my kids very much i am behind in cs but i am paying i talk to them at least once a month can she terminate my rights without me singing

Custody and support are handled separately, so she cannot force you to terminate parental rights because you are behind on child support.

HI I;m new at all this computer stuff however what i do know is in every state the laws are different I live in california as for this state some years ago thir was a saying ITs always the mothers babby and the father mabe now matter what happens rather your children live with you are not there always going to be your children one more thing no one can have your parental rights taken and thats the law in all the onited states you would have to been an absent parent or you ;ed have to of mesed up real bad so just hang in there

Just keep paying your support on time. She can't make you do anything. If you don't have a court order for parenting time I suggest you file a motion in court and get one. Good Luck

Technically, She Can't Force You To Do Anything. But, Every State Is Different And They Have Been Known To Be Devious In Florida. Trust Me On That. Get Legal Advice And Or Counsel.
Stay In Touch With Your Kids More Often Than Once A Month. Write Them As Much As Possible.
