The problem is that the owner knows that we do not have any. Her HR manager has told her to get some and she still has not. Many of the employees that have been there longer than me say that she does not want them to know the laws. Because there are times she works them long hours and she does not pay overtime. They are scared to talk because they do not want to lose their job.
