There are two things wrong with this response.

First, there is no Low Income Cut Off or financial test for conjugal partner
sponsorships. How much she makes is irrelevant, so long as she is not on
social assistance or EI.

Second, her parents CANNOT "co-sign" the application. The only person who
can every do this is the spouse or common-law partner of the sponsor, thus
it only applies to sponsorship or children or parents, essentially.

You'll find the details here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/fc.html Or more spefically, this file here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3900E.pdf UTN "Ben" <benstuart2000@yahoo.co.uk> wrote in message news:4cc87fa2.0306290326.38bd7988@posting.google.c om... My Canadian fiancee wishes to sponsor me. She is just about to enter the final year of her degree and works part time only. She also currently still lives in her parental home. Does she need to meet any financial requirements to sponsor me? (I will be living with her & her family when I move) Thanks, Ben
