I was supposed to file for OPT on 4/28. I was waiting for a letter of
job acceptance so that they could expedite my application, and this
important detail slipped my mind. is there any point filing my OPT late,
perhaps first-class mailing it so it won't be date stamped? I'm with the
NE service center, if it makes a difference.
