Does anybody filled out extreme hardship waiver ????????? My wife came to
the USA accross green border with mexico. Now we are coming back to Europe -
Germany.

I am US citizen. As I know we have to apply for this waiver in Vienna. My
wife is in pragnant. Some layer told me there are 2 options:
1) Fill out this waiver and wait forever or min 3-4 years and if we have
good luck we will have it

2) back to europe and lie that she has never been in US - she doesn't have
SS neither Driver LIC.

Your post makes little sense.

The German authorities are not going to be interested in her US
illegality, only whether she has legal status to enter and stay
in Germany.
