Do you think they should have changes to anti-gang laws? If so, what would you want? Also, how about changes to the criminal code such as making it illegal to belong to a criminal organization or to recruit new members?

There are laws like that with respect to terrorism.

I think they should be tougher. No jail. Just hang'em. Then only way to deal with crime is to put your foot down hard. and make it known you ain't gonna allow it.
