I feel I was wrongly terminated.I was working at IHOP and if you make a mistake you have to pay the amount of the mistake, but if you re-sale a mistake to another customer then you don't have to pay for it, there is nothing in writing saying we have to pay for out mistakes. So yesterday I asked for 7 pancakes instead of 5 they were cooked afterwards there were 2 left over which I later re-sold. At the end of the day the owner asked me if I put a ticket in for the pancakes I said no I re-sold them. He told me to put a ticket in and pay for them. I told him I would pay employee price just like everyone else, he took the ticket and told me he would pay for it. Mean while every one was looking at there schedule for the new week. When I looked at mine, My name was crossed out all down the whole week. So I asked him what was wrong why was my name scratched out he didn't answer. I then asked am I fired, he said we don't need you any more. Every one at my job was shocked.
What should I do?

You need to get in writing the reason you were fired if you were. As long as it is not illegal, meaning based on discrimination of age, sex, color, race, etc. then your boss can basically hire and fire at will.
Then you need to file for unemployment immediately since it begins in the WEEK WHICH YOU FILE, not the week you were terminated, unless it is the same week.
That being said, if there is any way to speak to the boss and find out wha t you can do to keep your job if you would like to, that would also be a good thinto do.
Best wishes, let me know if you still have questions.
