Texas. I am employed with a school district. A member of management team has said we could be made to work manatory over time (non emergency) with a 48 hour notice or get fired. What is a reasonable notice?

If you don't have a contract stating otherwise, you can be asked to work overtime with notice as close as the end of your shift.
