I am writing from the State of Delaware.

I am new to the non-profit sector and am constanly being told by the employees that non-profit is not subject to the same labor laws that for profit companies are. I am sure they may be a few expection but not when it applies to labor laws. I would really like to purchase books on non-profit employment law and wages. Does anyone know of any?
