TX-My child was molested by her step father at a very early age, and in looking back I realize an "incident" with his first wife's little sister must have been about the same thing... He now drives a school bus...since no charges have ever been filed, and my child who is an adult now, does not want any part of this issue for emotional reasons..how can I tell them to be aware of him?

File a police report. They likely cannot do anything because the statute of limitations may be long past, but it can put them on alert to watch him.

You need to file a report as soon as possible!! Why would you not do so? This man is obviously putting himself in a position where he is involved with children on a daily basis. That is awful and it sounds as if it has been a long time since the incident happened to your daughter. There could be many other victims out there. I can't imagine what you or your daughter were going through but the right thing to do is to report him.
