im rolo in bama, i was told that i am the father of a child. The thing is, the girl is divorced and has a child support court order from her husband that dates back to 2000. can this be used in court, or even a clean way out of this mess

As I said before, the now father may want to remain the father, and if that is the case, the mother will not ge double recovery. She may try emotional blackmail, but if she tries that in court, she will be frowned on. It is too soon to tell if this will work out cleanly because you do not know the now father's plans and if they are to contest paternity, something he may not be allowed to do after being the fahter dor so many years, or just accept it because of love of the child.
