tell your employer to contact an attorney as its a full package not only
a form.

There are many procedures you must go through in
order to prepare and file an H-1B.

You need to obtain an education
evaluation for your foreign degree, you need to obtain the prevailing
wage information and obtain an approved LCA through the Department of
Labor (on-line) and you need to prepare all the necessray H-1B forms and
letters. If you are going to count against the cap, probably need to
file premium processing now and do so very quickly.

There is no way to
give a set checklist because everyone's situation is different. If they
have no experience filing an H-1B, they should probably have an
experienced attorney handle the matter, particularly with the cap fast
approaching.
