My husband and I heard today that our I-140 has been approved (we are
on L1A and L2 visas respectively). My question is does this mean we
are now past the point of no return? We are doing consular processing
and have to go for medicals and interviews in London, but at this
point in time if my husband gets layed off, will this affect our
petition?
