I am not even sure why I am replying since this subject has been posted on more than enough, but this will be my last reply. Not due to these US citizens lack of knowledge, skill nor experience. Most of the time, US citizens have superior knowledge and skill than temp workers. in some cases yes that might be true but not always, for this specific job I was called for, the recruiter found my resume on monster, where I am sure there is plenty of resumes from citizens. Also my current boss searched since july (when he first interviewed me) for someone and he hired me on december when he gave up his search, he didnt hire me on july because he didnt want to sponsor me for h1b. The I am a .NET developer of which there arent many with real world experience specially in kansas. But it's simply economic. Temp H1B/L1s and offshore workers are cheaper than US citizen workers. That's the corporate bottom line. im not so sure thats the case for everyone so instead of insulting everyone maybe the original poster should study case by case, just like I dont say every american is white trash because I know there is some who arent.

does 'CS' stand for cock sucker?
