Hi, sorry for me popping up here. My OPT expired in January and I finally
found a company to file for my H1. The company went thru reconstruction and
changing names and that's why they wanted to have unfder their new title. I
know I have 120 days period to stay in the country after the expiration. I
haven't done any illegal work for the period. My question is can I file now
or is it too late. And can I stay here while pending or have to go and wait
in my home country. Thanks a lot.
