Hi, Anyone ever did a case inquiry at the national service center?
(1-800-375-5283). How was your experience with it? We did an inquiry
on our N-400 case about 1 month ago and have not heard anything back.
The lady told me that we should get some kind of answer within 3 to 4
weeks of the inquiry. But 4 weeks have passed and no words from
BCIS....

Any experience to share would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Jessica

Good luck getting in touch with Texas. I have an issue with an
administrative error on their part that I have had to get my
petitioners congresswoman involved in JUST to get them to listen to me
(you can write and fax all you want - they are so overworked that you
dont get a reply).

I wish you lots of luck - I take it you cant use the online case statuds
page for this enquiry.

I think you can inquire on-line now. Can't remember the site
now, but searching on google for "US visa case status" will find it.

Good Luck,
Alex.
