Hi I work for wal-mart and i've been told that we're not supposed to go over 40 hours per week. I have 3 hours of overtime as we speak and now i'm being told that I have to cut the time by coming in later or leaving early, I even had to take a 2 hour lunch. Keep in mind I am not the only person in this particular location that is being asked to do this. I don't feel that what they are "asking" me to do is right. Do I have a case is this illegal? And where can I find the exact laws for my state. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated. Thank You
