I was wondering I am trying to get out of my house and i am currently 16 turning 17 in 2 months. is it spossible for my fiance to kinda like take over all rights of me until I turn 18, because I need to get out fo my house, because my parents do not appreciate the things i do for them, so if you know anything on what i can do to move out and live with my fiance please let me know. but i don't want to hurt my parents, i just need to live by myself and start my life, but i am \by no means going to drop out of school. i wish to stay in school, but just not at home, oh and i live in georgia

Based on the information you've given, it sounds like you're a typical teenager who doesn't always get along with her parents and wants to get out of the house. That's not nearly enough for a judge to remove custody from your parents. And I've never heard of a case where a judge has granted custody of a minor to his/her adult fiancé (which doesn't mean it hasn't ever been done, merely that I've never heard of it).

My disclaimer--I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY

NO
You should see if you can live with relatives in agreement with your parents if living at home is bad, but I think you need an attitude adjustment. It does not sound like your parents are mistreating you, but you just want them to fawn over you more. There is no requirement for them to do that as parents, nor is it realistic. I think your expectations are out of whack with the reality of things. I suggest you talk with your school counselor to get their take on things, or a minister, or other trusted adult figures in your life.
