Im a waitress in Georgia. A few weeks after I started my job my manager asked me out for drinks and I told him no, that I dont date co-workers, especially my boss. Up until that point he was really cool and laid back, but after that he started to be really hard on me. He would always make me do more work than the other servers, and when he checked over my work he would make a point to find something wrong and make me do it over. Other people would even notice that he was always badgering me and when I would try to stick up for myself, we would end up argueing. Today he fired me because he caught me taking a cigarette break without permission. I thought that was a pretty drastic punishment since most people are just given a warning. Is this sexual harrassment? If it is, how would I prove it when it would ultimately come down to my word against his? (On a side note, hes currently sleeping with the girl who started on the same day as me and he doesnt give her any problems)
