Vermont law requires that every business display the "We've Got You Covered" poster (Form A-24) which provides information about the unemployment insurance program. You are also required to provide a printed statement Rule 13, Claims for Benefits (Form A-25) containing information about filing for unemployment benefits when an employee becomes unemployed.

The poster is mailed to you when you become liable for unemployment taxes. You can obtain additional copies of the poster and Form A-25 by contacting the Employer Services Unit
