I stayed at a cabin in wasaga and the people i stayed with trashed the place and did about $5000 of damage. A couple of the people werent even staying in the cabin and the tore down walls. The place was suppose to sleep 25 but it only slept like 15 and they charged us $6000 to stay there and the cabin was 20 by 30 give or take and one of the nights i slept in a car. so i just need to know what i can do.

nothing. And be happy if you are not pursued to pay a portion of the damages caused. The price was likely high and included a deposit that would cover damages. If whatever amount paid to cover damages is exceeded, all the folks there or those who rented are potentially liable for the damages to the unit.

if they over booked a cabin and over charged us and i didnt stay in the cabin one night because it was so packed and some random people broke **** and if they are going to sue they have to press 25 different charges. i want to know will they do this and if they do what are my chances?
