This is crap. Every state has enacted legislation to protect police
officers from BS civil remedies. If you could sue an officer for enforcing
the law, you would see MANY fewer arrest. (This is not to say that officers
can't be sued for actual wrongs.)

obviously you are on the wrong side of the thin blue line.

Every state has enacted legisltation to protect former jocks who can't do
anything else while we expect them to be, among other things, a lawyer. If
you a DE keeps writing what keeps getting thrown out, sooner or later there
is an easy case for harassment that even the worst line officer can make!

The problem is that the alleged event was illegal. That is not
enforcing the law, that is being an asshole cop.
