Sure, that would be the superburglar who can hear the cop's siren
approaching from Northwest Highway all the way to Spring Valley during rush
hour. If it's that important to be stealthy, then try driving
normally...oh, and don't keep using the 'assembled from spare body panels'
paint jobs.
