I am looking for Fathers rights in the state of WV. I have a friend who is having some issues on seeing his child and he is paying his child support. We would like to find out anything we can about what he needs to do to ensure that he will see his child. The mother is keeping her away from him as of right now. She is even trying to refuse his money but he is sending it to the grandmother to ensure that it is recieved.

Help Please, we are running out of options.

Thsi is not very legal, but I think may be effective.
Call to exercise visitation or just show up when you are supposed to for visitation. If refused, call the police to come out and ask them to enforce the visitation order and let the mother argue with them. If the police do not force the issue, you have a police report that you can use when you go to court to seek a contempt order or even custody because the motehr is interfering with you having a relationship with your child.
