:confused: My ex-wife is trying to get my 12 year old to live with here. I also have a 7 year old son. I live in Texas. Many a night my daughter tells me that her mom is pushing her(guilt trips and so on). I don't know what step to take to stop this. My 12 year old does not want to hurt her mom. I worry about the WHAT IF. My ex-wife does not even pay her child support. She start and than it stops. She forget about the concert and other evants at school. what can I do.

Maybe you need to get your kids some counseling to help deal with this problem. If Mom still persists, maybe you can have the therapist talk or issue a reprt to the court about how the Mom is confusing the kids and putting them in a bad position and the court can ask Mom to cease and desist with the pushing the kids.
