I live in california, me and girlfriend have lived together for six years we have to kids 8 & 3 my girlfriend has not worked for about four years and i don't think she will anytime soon she has been in jail for fraud and owes money on traffic violations so that stops her from getting any kind of good job.we been having problems and its a matter of time when we will split up, i want full custody of my children, i am financialy better off then she is and i have been with my children since there birth. DO I HAVE A CHANCE TO GET FULL CUSTODY.

Yes you have a chance, but the kids' age may make it harder. Also, you work and she does not so can be there more for them. I do not know what to say to you.
If you live near family who could help you out with childcare and provide a stabilizing influence, that might help your case for getting physical custody. Mom's troubles with the law also may be a factor in wanting to make sure the kids develop good morals. So you have chance, but you need to have more positive factors than you have now to have a better chance.
