Yes I have a question, I want to adopt but this is my question, if someone had their children taken away by the state, and every time they get pregnant their kids get taken away, could someone other than the state come in and adopt a newborn baby a day after the child is born? Could someone please answer, it would be greatly appreciated :rolleyes:

First off, no one is going to be able to take a child and adopt it one day after birth even if the mother gave the child up. There has to be a termination of parental rights, voluntarily or involuntarily, then the adoption process for that state where the child is at has to be followed.
