Right now my ex and I have an agreement where he takes the kids in the summer for 8 weeks because he lives in Fl and I in PA (where he originally lived) but moved to FL because he was overdue in child support a few years ago and there was a warrent. Anyways we never officially filed a custody agreement, but in our child support records it refers to me as *custodial parent* and him as *noncustodial* I am beginning to worry he will not return my children to me at the end of this summer because recently his support order was raised and he is NOT happy to have to pay the new amount.

** edited to add we were never married and he had practically no contact until about 2 years ago and the boys are 8 and 9.

Would I be able to call the FL police if my kids were not returned?

Please HELP me with my rights??!!

My suggestion is to go to Florida with court order in hand to pick up the kids and if he does not give them back, call the police to enforce the order.
