i have 7 kids, i have 3 in N.C. ,2 in NY, and 1 in Ohio and (one in VA.=no problems here)
n.y.,n.c.,and ohio mothers are selling their s.s.# numbers to people for their tax returns!!!!
i found out from my local agent with a few bucks under the table.
any how i have to pay WEEKLY= $258 to nc whick will not! for some reason ask or honor nyc to handle the child support process as far as my payment! and each year they raise my support arears like the stock market!
and weekly to va $90 dollars (she is in the navy) and to ohio=$165(with the arrears built in) the 2 in ny, i will be filing for custody before the judge in her jurisdiction decides that her 1 bedroom apt and 3 kids(she has a 3yr old from another relation ship) shall be expanded at my expense!

WE (ALL MOTHERS) AGREED UPON ME FILLING FOR MY KIDS SO I CAN HAVE MORE THAN $117.00 A WEEK TO SURVIVE ON(BEFORE TAXES). ALL BUT VA WENT BACK ON THEIR DEAL! SO I KNOW I CAN NOT CLAIM THEM BUT THE MOTHERS ARE NOT WORKING. SOME LADY IN LOUISANNA IS CLAIMING THE 2 IN NY ,SOME GUY IS CLAIMING 3 IN NC. OHIO IS STILL NOT COMPLETE AS OF YET.
CAN I USE THIS IN MY FAVOR LIKE REQUESTING A HEARING AND A REVIEW TO MODIFY BECAUSE THE KIDS MOTHER SIDE OF THE WORK SHEET HAS A W-2 TAX RETURN?
I REALY DO NOT WANT MENTAL SATISFACTION THAT IF I CAN'T CLAIM THEM THEN NOBODY CAN I WANT MONEY,I WANT MY WEEKENDS OFF SO I CAN SEE MY KIDS,HELL I NEED THE CASH TO SEND FOR THEM LIVING FROM PAY CHECK TO PAY CHECK AT 40 IS NOT WHAT I WANTED TO DO!!!!!
I THINK MY ONLY OPTION IS TO RELOCATE AND GET A JOB AT McDONALDS OR THE DOLLAR GENERAL STORE AND LET THEM FIGURE OUT THE NEXT MOVE,IT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 8 YEARS AND ALL I HAVE TO SHOW IS AND AWARD THAT I NEVER MISSED WORK IN 5 YEARS!!!!! ( IT HAS MADE A GREAT DUST PAN)

Quite a problem. My suggestion is that you inform the court that the social security number of the mothers are being sold, and your concern that support is not getting to the mother and being used for the kids. You may have to file a motion to show cause or a motion for contempt (language of motion will vary from state to state).

On a practical note, you may be best off to go live with your parents, get a job, then if you all have a big enough home, try to get custody of the kids yourself, especially if they are not in good living situations. That is likely the only way to get child support under control.

As for VA, you need to be careful because I believe they charge interest on child support arrears and that can make it hard to ever pay child support off. Good luck.

Sh*&^%%t! To Get A Big Enough House....... There Might Be A Chance If I Can Get My Hands On Some Quick Cash To Buy A Fixer Upper And Do The Work My Self!!!!.....live With My Parents And Take The Kids.... Heck If I Can Get The Kids..... Lets Say I Do Get All My Kids And The Mothers Have To Pay Child Support Can I Wave The Support To Off Ste The Arrears Or Have The Mothers Pay It?

send each of the moms a support modification that includes your allegations

include in it that the parents be ordered to supply to the court a signed 4506 irs form (forms printable online at (www.irs.gov) for them and the child(ren) in their custody. for the past 3 years.

make them send these directly to the courts responsible for the modification

this will prove your point because it will authorize the tax info straight from the irs for all parties involved.
