My husband and I live in Pa. We have recently won Joint legal custody with periods of physical custody and partial custody. We have his children 6 weeks in the summer, memorial day, Labor day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas break (26 - 31). The bio mom keeps playing little games and we just continue to call our attorney. I don't want to have to continue to call the attorney but I just don't know what else to do. We can't talk to her because she is constantly lieing to us about everything. She is just all about control and she constantly wants to control my household as well as her own. I hope that I am doing the right thing. I am also going to contact domestic relations because we are going from having the girls 24 overnights a year to 115. Does that qualify for a modification?
