My question is can NJ continue to garnish my check? Mother lives in
PA, father lives in NY. I have three children with an ex-girlfriend, we were never married. I am a very active father in my kids lives, I see them every weekend, except for an exception here and there. I have no problem paying support. My problem is that since she moved to PA(where the cost of living is cheaper) she decided that she only needs to work one day a week. She brought a new house which she deserves, and I am happy for her. We have a good relationship, we get along well. She and I get along with the spouses(I am married and so is she). I dont feel its fair that my child support goes up and she almost quits working. I struggle to have and give my family a decent life. Her husband doesnt make that much money to be able to support her. Is there any thing I can do? What should I do? I dont want to stop paying support only make it fair for both sides. Thanks in advance.
