I have been divorced for two years and was separated for 3 prior to that. have 50/50 joint custody with my two children who are 9 and 7. I see my children about 40% of the week. My ex has a fiance in Florida. They have been dating for over 3 years and engage for 1.5. She is a scool teacher and her fiance is a police officer. I have met him numerous times and he treats my children well. The past summer and this summer, I have given them permission to spend the summer in Florida. I will go see them for a weekend and vice versa. A year and a half ago, I was approched that she may want to move to Florida. I had no problems with that and said "let me know what weekends you are coming up to visit the kids" Well fast forward 1.5 years later and I think I am going to get petitioned about this. What are my rights as a 50/50 joint custody father that would want the kids 100% of the time if I was allowed? Please help.
