My ex lives in northnern California with her live in boyfriend and my two boys 10 and 7 years old since August 2004. Can I use the live in boyfriends income with my ex income to reduce child support??? :confused:

No. Sorry the courts figure that he is not the parent and has no responsibility to pay so your cannot figure his income.

Even if they get married, you still cannot use the wife/husband's income. Support is figured based on the mother and father of the child involved.

Right now I have been living out of my van. showwer at work, eat microwave items. I have no apartment because of lawyers for three different jurisdication my ex has filed on me.. some jurisdication is 5 hours one way. How will me living in a van..reduce the payments...

Also, even though the boyfriend and ex sold one house and bought another.. Could I subpeoona bank records of the both of them???

Yes you can supena their bank records. Do you have her latest income tax and her pay? Good luck. I know when my ex. left he had to room with college young men. We were doing less per person but because of our numbers we had a roof over our heads. Is there any free legal counsel that you can get to help with attorney fees. It is very expensive. Call around to see if you can find the free legal aid. Good luck to you.

I am in So. Ca. and we have a "Mens Legal Center" here that specializes in the fathers rights department. So my guess is to look for the same kind of place up their. Also try using the Family Law Facilitator in your local family court....hope this info helps...

Has your income been reduced? If so, request a modification.

No. Parents are responsible for the kids. Now if you think the boyfriend is a bad example, or the living situation not proper for the kids, that can be addressed in the custody proceedings.
