I live in Kansas, and I think I saw someiething in a law aboot having to provide the names of all peopel responsible for managing the apartment, but I want to know if it is legal for my landlord to bring her children into my apartment.

Also I want to know what could be done in response to it if it is illegal.

Have you told her not to bring the kids?

Does the lease say anything about it?

She probably can't bring the kids into the apartment... but I don't think that looking at it as a legal issue is necessarily the way to go. Just tell her you don't like it and ask her to knock it off. If she keeps doing it then send a letter to same effect. If she keeps doing it, then, and only then, would I consider drastic measures like changing the locks ;).

That does not sound illegal, but maybe you do not like it. Maybe you can ask the landlord not to bring children during the inspection.
