If someone wanted to go public (via press, website, etc.) - about their personal experience with harassment and only show facts, NOT opinions, could anyone advise the best way to do this?

I had a terrible experience with my former employer and feel that people should be aware of what he did. I filed a complaint and he was terminated but then appealed it and got a lesser sentence. I have over 30+ pieces of evidence including emails, notes, etc. - along with a police report that I filed when he contacted me after he was told not to.

I was also told that the arbitrator's decision is public knowledge - so there was no 'gag' order on this.

Can anyone recommend if I should go public with this?

Try 9-5 National Association of Working women. They have media contacts, and also accept stories confidentially.

Be careful about this, even if you are just "stating facts," the wording is very important, to try to keep you from running into problems later. Another consideration I've heard from people: Sometimes lawsuits are filed even without any real case just to frustrate and use as a "barganing chip." I'm not a lawyer. These are just pieces of advice I've heard to consider.
