I am paid every two weeks and receive comp time at 1:1 ratio. My question is this legal. I guess I'm trying to figure out what type of employee I am. I keep track of my time, I get paid for my comp time after getting more than 40 hours but at like I said at a 1:1 ratio. If I were exempt, according to the definicition of exempt I shouldn't keep my time, or receive overtime or comptime. But if I am non-exempt then they have to pay me time and a half correct?
