My wife works for a doctors office and has always received her annual reviews in the month of February. This year, her doctor has continued to postpone her review and raise. Since February she has taken on the responsibilities of another employee that had left the company. Is there any rules or laws I can have her look into. I feel that she should be paid for the 6 months that the doctor began postponing her review. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

There is no law that requires an employer to give any rasies. No matter how long it has been. All they have to do is pay the minimum.
