My husband quit his job and we relocated to KY for a job , he was hired on as a full-time seasonal employee, yet there are some weeks he gets 0 hours due to " slow bussiness" -
Are there any laws to protect us from this? Or is'nt this covered under Unemployment Comp. due to " lack of work"? It seems unreasonable to expect people go to without a paycheck because company is'nt busy enough.
