Tired in TN 05-19-2005, 10:28 AM I need to find out if the "chinese overtime" some employers use to pay overtime worked is legal. It cannot be right for workers to work the required 40 hours at regular pay, then earn 1/2 that amount for hours worked above the 40. Please respond!
