Living in Pennsylvania what are the rule on scheduling? Time off after schedules have been made? Basicly my employer will not work with me on my schedual. I have rearanged my schedual for them but now they can not do it for me. How do I deal with this?

By finding an employer who will work with you or give you the hours you want.

Your employer has no legal obligation to provide you with the hours you want or to be flexible with your schedule. It is you that have to do the adjusting, not them.
