I need to know the florida laws on a company cutting your pay rate and still wanting you to do the same job.

There is nothing illegal in an employer cutting your pay rate and expecting you to do the same job, as long as you are at or above minimum wage.

i was am making 5.15hr. they want to take us down to 3.13hr. the minimum was was raised to 6.15 hr. as of may 2nd.

No, it is not illegal. Federal wage laws are much more tougher on employers than Florida's. You can read about tipped employees at: http://www.dol.gov/esa/regs/compliance/whd/whdfs15.htm
