If I am being paid a salary based on being paid on the 15th and then the end of the month and also will be paid overtime what kind of an employee am I Exempt or Non-Exempt?

Hard to say. Usually salaried employees are not paid overtime, but your employer may do so as part of its policy, usually comp time is given instead. But it is up to your employer. I cannot tell by what you are saying which you are. You may want to go to human resources for your employer and ask them.

my boyfriend works on a salary for $300 a week, but he works up to 80 hours a week. Can he be paid overtime?
