My wife as just been terminated at-will at her job.
She has built up 44.5 sick days from 19 years of work on the job.
She is being told that she does not have a right to the pay for these
day because she was terminated. This does not seem right! I need help to know if there is any laws in the state of Indiana about this. Thank You!! :confused:

Nothing in Indiana state law (or any other state that I am aware of) required the pay out of sick time regardless of the circumstances. Vacation time, yes. PTO, yes. But not sick time.
