I have completed the i130 form, so i just need to fill out the g325 and
attach the pictures.

I downloaded the latest version of the g325, there is four parts to
this, what i am not quiet sure on is how many do i fill in? do i
complete 2 pars, one for myself (UK) and my wife (US)? all 4 forms
look the same.

The forms need to be sent to the service center in Vermont US, because
my wife only has a FLRM in her US passport, so we can not use the
embassy in London, what is the easiest way to pay? do the service
centers accept credit cards (uk), or do i have to pay another way.

Yes, you need to fill out one for yourself and one for your wife (the
petitioner). All four pages are part of the form. BUT if you fill it
out on your computer, just finish the first page and it fills in the
other pages for you. Just open the form in Acrobat and start typing in
the fields.

As for payment, I have no idea. Anybody?

You have to fill out all 4 pages. In actuality, if you have the right
form, anything you type into the first page should automatically fill in
on the other pages. So you don't have to fill out each page
individually, only the first one. All pages require the same info
because each page use to go to a different office (that's why all 4 are
required).

You may have a problem with sending your application to the Vermont
Service Center because in order to use VSC the US citizen must be living
in the VSC region. Obviously she is not if she is there with you in the
UK. If she plans on remaining in the UK while the I-130 is processing,
then she may need to get documentation from the US Embassy as to why
they will not accept the application in the UK. She may also need to
provide a US address for them to send correspondance to.

I know a few others have had the same issues as you, but I can't for the
life of me remember their user ids. Hopefully someone else can point you
to them. I know one woman in particular went around in circles with the
US Embassy and the California Serv Center until finally one of them
accepted the application.

Oh, and as far as I'm aware the only acceptable payment methods are
personal check or money order (in $$ obviously). Unless that has changed
recently and I'm not aware of it.

Good luck, and I hope someone can help you!

Cheers,
~Jamie

jsgill,

Check the Vermont SC page on the USCIS web site to find out what forms
of payment they accept. I feel comfortable saying that credit card is
not one of them.

Quite right.

Default jurisdiction for the I-130 will be the wife's place of residence
in the U.S., if any; otherwise the place where the wife last resided
(exception: if a landed immigrant of Canada and last residing in Canada,
the Nebraska Service Center has jurisdiction).

Four pages are not exactly identical. Bottom blocks are different, viz:

"Ident" = stays with A file
"Rec. Br." = used to go the FBI; now rarely since data are transmitted
electronically
"C" = CIA; I think it still goes there although there is also electronic
transmission
"Consul" = used to go to the consulate; now goes to NVC if anywhere

Yes, you should have 8 pages total. Four for the petitioner, and Four
for the beneficiary. If you printed them from the internet, make sure
all 4 pages have an original signature on them, for each of you.

Best wishes,

Yes, 8 pages total.
If you use the auto-fill forms, double check the gender tick-box. I seem
to recall that it did not work correctly on all pages.

Good luck with London; we'll be eager to hear your result!

Myself and my wife (Shes the US citizen) both live here at the moment in the
UK. We too tried to go via London and I can tell you that what will happen
is that London will return the forms to you and tell you what service centre
to send them to in the US. We sent them to Nebraska (Which deals with Utah)
only to have them passed on to California.
Our case was approved in January and now having sent the DS3032 and my wife
sending the payment for AOS we are now awaiting further contact. Even though
she is here living with me though it is like she is still resident in the
USA with all the forms we have had to fill in. And when we get mail we just
get her mother to fed ex it on to us

resident or other.

OT: but how can i add a reply to a thread without replying to a

More damn questions.

My wife has been living and working here since 2003, the g325a
requires her employment details. One of her jobs she does part time
only started in Feb, should i add a another piece of paper stating
that her job is PRESENT?

Also asks applicants address outside of US more than one yr, she has

Yes, I'd attach another sheet of paper explaining employment details if
there's not enough room on the G-325A.

List the address where she lived for a period of more than 1 year,
before she came to live with you in the UK.

Best Wishes,

I dont want to bug and sound stupid, because then people will stop
helping me.

on the I130 form it states, with the exception of the names and
signature i do not need to fill in the G325A.

My understanding of this means, only fill in the Family Name First Name
details etc, and the signature, is this correct.

I have filled in the forms completely but just wandered

Yes, I'd attach another sheet of paper explaining employment details if there's not enough room on the G-325A. List the address where she lived for a period of more than 1 year, before she came to live with you in the UK. Best Wishes, Rene

I dont want to bug and sound stupid, because then people will stop
helping me.

on the I130 form it states, with the exception of the names and
signature i do not need to fill in the G325A.

My understanding of this means, only fill in the Family Name First Name
details etc, and the signature, is this correct.

I think you did well by filling them in completely. Never hurts to be
over-prepared just in case the forms get separated somehow. :)

Is this what you are asking?~SecretGarden(think I just confused myself, too!) :) lets see if that worked???? Any ideas on the g325a? (regards to earlier posts)?

I might have lost some of the questions coming in late on this thread.

1) If there isn't enough room on the G-325A for full address or
employment history, complete the history on a separate sheet of paper.
I recommend including four copies of the separate sheet and interleaving
them with the four pages of the G-325A. Put "See Addendum" on the
actual G-325A in the block where you have listed the addresses and
highlight it so that it is seen.

2) "Present" employment would actually come first. List employment
history in reverse order, newest to oldest.

3) Check "Other" and put "relative visa petition" or "I-130 petition"

4) Last address outside of U.S. of more than one year means exactly
that, regardless of how long ago it was.

5) Fill in the whole form notwithstanding contrary suggestion on the I-130.
